TL;DR

Director, Revenue Operations (SaaS): Building and owning the end-to-end revenue operating system with an accent on pipeline management, forecasting, and GTM analytics. Focus on leveraging AI tools to improve forecasting accuracy, increase rep productivity, and scale operations in a Series A environment.

Location: Remote within North America (USA or Canada)

Salary: $155,000 - $180,000 USD or $167,000 - $198,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Own pipeline health, stage discipline, and forecast accuracy using AI to identify deal risk and gaps.
  • Design and optimize GTM sales processes and enforce CRM stage definitions and exit criteria.
  • Manage Salesforce architecture and deploy AI-enabled GTM tools for forecasting and workflow automation.
  • Define and track key funnel metrics like conversion, velocity, and pipeline coverage to drive GTM actions.
  • Lead annual planning, territory design, and quota setting through AI-assisted data modeling.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on onboarding and equipping reps with AI-driven workflows.

Requirements

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM strategy.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech company (Series A to C).
  • Strong hands-on expertise in configuring Salesforce.
  • Proven experience implementing AI tools within GTM workflows.
  • Must be based in North America (USA or Canada).
