Senior Key Account Manager (Germany): Develop and execute account-specific sales plans and promotions aligned with 's market strategy, focused on profitable growth in small domestic appliances for Benelux and new categories. Focus on building sales strategies, accurate forecasting, negotiating deals, analyzing market data, and identifying new retailers to drive sales performance.
Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany – 3 days a week in office

What you will do
- Build sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales and margin targets for accounts, including launching new products.
- Grow core categories in Benelux and launch new categories.
- Plan and execute online, in-store, and off-page activities to drive sales performance.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, work within promotional agreements, and negotiate favorable deals.
- Interpret market and sell-out data, report competitive activities, and organize trade shows and retail events.
- Identify new retailers and participate in company events.
Requirements
- Fluent English and German
- Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience
- Results-driven with strong negotiation and exceptional analytical skills
- Experience analyzing and interpreting sales data
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills, and experience building sales strategies
