What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of GSA-based independent and multiple retail accounts while acquiring new clients.
• Take full responsibility for meeting targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
• Perform forecasting activity to ensure appropriate inventory levels and recurring monthly revenue.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team on retail-level activities and support national events and trade shows.
• Identify new channels and onboard new customers to ensure strategic growth.
• Attend periodic in-person meetings at the London HQ.

Requirements

• Proven account management experience, preferably within Toy, Entertainment, or FMCG markets.
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English.
• Ability to travel within Germany.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power BI).
• Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and communication skills.
