Location: Remote possible, but based in Germany (must be able to travel to Cologne for anchor days)

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end development of key accounts across DE, AT, IT, and BE markets.
- Identify, acquire, and grow top-tier sellers and high-potential accounts to build long-term partnerships.
- Manage the full seller lifecycle from acquisition and onboarding to scaling and international expansion.
- Lead complex contract negotiations at a senior level and define commercial conditions independently.
- Utilize data-driven analysis and deep Excel dives to optimize performance and unlock growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in key account management or strategic sales, ideally within e-commerce or marketplace environments.
- Proven experience managing high-revenue accounts and leading complex negotiations.
- Strong sales mindset combined with data-driven decision making and proficiency in Excel with large datasets.
- Fluent communication in English and German is required.
