Marketplace Business Development Manager (E-commerce): Driving the growth of an e-pharmacy marketplace by building and developing key accounts across European markets with an accent on strategic sales and international expansion. Location: Remote possible, but based in Germany (must be able to travel to Cologne for anchor days)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end development of key accounts across DE, AT, IT, and BE markets.
  • Identify, acquire, and grow top-tier sellers and high-potential accounts to build long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the full seller lifecycle from acquisition and onboarding to scaling and international expansion.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations at a senior level and define commercial conditions independently.
  • Utilize data-driven analysis and deep Excel dives to optimize performance and unlock growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in key account management or strategic sales, ideally within e-commerce or marketplace environments.
  • Proven experience managing high-revenue accounts and leading complex negotiations.
  • Strong sales mindset combined with data-driven decision making and proficiency in Excel with large datasets.
  • Fluent communication in English and German is required.
