Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Onsite in Nashville, Tennessee, United States; daily collaboration during core hours from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM CT

Workforce services provider hiring for a client’s large-scale platform transformation initiative.

What you will do

• Develop and modernize key product experiences across the current and next-generation platform.
• Build complete web applications across frontend and backend layers.
• Work as an AI-augmented engineer, applying system-level thinking, architectural design, and efficient problem-solving.
• Use AI-first engineering workflows throughout the development lifecycle to deliver high-quality outcomes quickly.
• Collaborate through daily team syncs and working sessions during core hours.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of hands-on full stack development experience in production environments.
• Strong professional experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Active daily use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Codex, or comparable platforms.
• Experience with contemporary testing methodologies and tools such as Playwright or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience working in dynamic, product-driven teams with frequently changing priorities.
• Working knowledge of GitHub and Postman.
