What you will do

• Contribute to the modernization of key product experiences within a large-scale platform transformation effort.
• Operate as an AI-augmented engineer, prioritizing system-level thinking and architectural design over manual coding.
• Establish the technical groundwork for next-generation products while supporting the existing platform.
• Collaborate in daily team syncs and sessions during core working hours (9:00 AM – 3:30 PM CT).
• Utilize AI-first engineering workflows to ensure rapid and clean delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Work within a tech ecosystem consisting of Node.js, TypeScript, GitHub, Postman, and Playwright.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of hands-on fullstack development experience in production environments.
• Proven ability to build complete, modern web applications from frontend to backend.
• Active integration of AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, Codex) into everyday engineering work.
• Strong professional command of Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with contemporary testing methodologies using frameworks like Playwright.
• Availability to work during core hours: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM CT.
