What you will do

• Design and build scalable full-stack applications and cloud-native services.
• Develop AI-powered features to automate complex internal and product operations.
• Create event-driven systems capable of processing millions of commerce transactions.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Own the full project lifecycle from architecture and deployment to monitoring.
• Utilize AI coding assistants and agents to improve development productivity and code quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Seattle, WA.
• 3-5 years of experience building industrial-grade production software.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems and cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Deep understanding of databases, event-driven architectures, and system design.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Node.js, and Fastify.
• Familiarity with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, SQS, and EventBridge.
• Background in LLM API integration and agentic workflow development.
