Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, Integrations Platform (TypeScript/React/Node)

Salary: $224K–$263K cash range, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Design, build, and own full-stack features and platform primitives used by internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Contribute to authentication, data-ingestion, and schema-evolution services for secure and reliable integrations.
• Build scalable, well-documented services and user interfaces with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Develop integration capabilities for cloud providers, identity providers, mobile device management, and HRIS systems.
• Improve performance, operational excellence, and software development lifecycle practices.
• Use AI tools and workflows to accelerate development and operations responsibly.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience building reliable, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Experience designing APIs and reusable components, including RESTful APIs, OAuth, API keys, JWT, and security best practices.
• Experience building data ingestion from external systems and applying rate limiting, retries, idempotency, and webhooks.
• Strong systems thinking, with the ability to design for scale, reliability, and failure modes.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, incorporate feedback, and grow toward broader technical ownership.
• Curiosity and sound judgment when applying AI to improve efficiency and impact.
