is building a next-generation agentic clinical AI assistant to help clinicians reason across patient data, guidelines, and diagnostics.
What you will do
- Drive commercial growth in Dutch hospitals by translating customer needs into value propositions.
- Own the full account lifecycle, including stakeholder mapping and long-term relationship management.
- Lead end-to-end customer engagements from discovery and proposal support to procurement and rollout.
- Represent the company externally at events, conferences, and professional education programs.
- Provide structured market feedback to Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to influence the roadmap.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, tech consulting, or customer success in a cloud/SaaS environment.
- Experience working with hospitals, healthcare, or similarly regulated environments.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to engage clinical, IT, and management stakeholders.
- Solid technical understanding and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
Nice to have
- Existing network within the Dutch hospital ecosystem.
- Background in healthcare, paramedical practice, or clinical operations.
- Experience working in a health-tech startup environment.
