hirify.global is building a next-generation agentic clinical AI assistant to help clinicians reason across patient data, guidelines, and diagnostics.

What you will do

  • Drive commercial growth in Dutch hospitals by translating customer needs into value propositions.
  • Own the full account lifecycle, including stakeholder mapping and long-term relationship management.
  • Lead end-to-end customer engagements from discovery and proposal support to procurement and rollout.
  • Represent the company externally at events, conferences, and professional education programs.
  • Provide structured market feedback to Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, tech consulting, or customer success in a cloud/SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with hospitals, healthcare, or similarly regulated environments.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to engage clinical, IT, and management stakeholders.
  • Solid technical understanding and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Nice to have

  • Existing network within the Dutch hospital ecosystem.
  • Background in healthcare, paramedical practice, or clinical operations.
  • Experience working in a health-tech startup environment.
