Focus on owning the full sales cycle, building local market expertise, and expanding the hirify.global partner network.

Location: Lyon, France (Hybrid: 2 office days per week)

What you will do

  • Identify and prospect vacation rental owners (B2C) and property managers (B2B) via field visits, phone, and events.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal and property publication.
  • Travel regularly across the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region to meet prospects and clients in person.
  • Develop deep market knowledge of competitors, seasonality, and pricing dynamics.
  • Create initiatives to develop the region and organize local events to build a community of owners.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth property handover after onboarding.

Requirements

  • Language: Near-native French and good English skills.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from Lyon, France.
  • Driver's license required for frequent regional travel.
  • Strong ability to convince prospects via cold calling and face-to-face meetings.
  • Self-motivated and organized approach to managing a commercial territory.

Nice to have

  • Experience in sales, account management, the travel industry, or online business.
