What you will do
- Own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle, initiating processes 6–9 months before contract expiration.
- Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, contract terms, and multi-year agreements.
- Develop tailored renewal strategies based on account health, usage trends, and commercial history.
- Identify churn and downsell risks and partner with CSMs to execute structured save plans.
- Lead contract reconfigurations, migrations, and pricing transitions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure compliant and strategic agreements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS renewals, account management, or commercial roles within subscription-based businesses.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing complex pricing and multi-year contracts.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM/CPQ tools like Salesforce or DealHub.
- Ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders.
- Professional fluency in English and German or French.
- Must be based in Paris, France.
