A fast-growing InsurTech scale-up providing a SaaS platform that turns complex risk data into transparent insights for insurers.

What you will do

  • Own and execute the sales strategy for Iberia and Mexico to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
  • Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers at P&C insurance carriers, including CFOs, CTOs, and Chief Actuaries.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two sales professionals.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to refine the global GTM strategy.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and conferences across Iberia and Mexico.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in B2B enterprise sales, with 3-5 years in a senior or director-level role.
  • Employment status that allows work from offices in Spain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets in complex, consultative sales environments.
  • Experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Nice to have

  • An established network within the Spanish insurance market.
  • Background in SaaS, InsurTech, or the insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with insurance pricing, actuarial science, or risk modeling.
