What you will do
- Own and execute the sales strategy for Iberia and Mexico to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
- Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers at P&C insurance carriers, including CFOs, CTOs, and Chief Actuaries.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two sales professionals.
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to refine the global GTM strategy.
- Represent the company at key industry events and conferences across Iberia and Mexico.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in B2B enterprise sales, with 3-5 years in a senior or director-level role.
- Employment status that allows work from offices in Spain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets in complex, consultative sales environments.
- Experience managing and developing sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

- An established network within the Spanish insurance market.
- Background in SaaS, InsurTech, or the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with insurance pricing, actuarial science, or risk modeling.
