Location: Remote (Must be based in the Netherlands)

What you will do
- Drive B2B direct sales and commercial expansion in the Dutch market.
- Establish a greenfield pipeline and customer base alongside the Country Manager.
- Develop and execute local strategies to scale the SaaS portfolio.
- Manage key account relationships across the entire customer lifecycle.
- Build a partner ecosystem including resellers, system integrators, and distributors.
- Collaborate with internal AI, Delivery, and Product teams to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, STEM, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in Business Development or Sales (Private Sector experience required).
- Dutch (C2) and English (C1) proficiency required.
- Must be based in the Netherlands.
- Solid understanding of SaaS business models and digital transformation processes.
- Experience with C-level communication and strong negotiation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Public Sector or GovTech.
- SaaS or technology background.
