What you will do

  • Educate prospects on treasury operations and hirify.global's product offerings through comprehensive discussions.
  • Qualify prospects based on their position in the buying process and nurture non-qualified leads with educational materials.
  • Execute high-volume outbound calling and email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and update lead information within Salesforce.com to optimize territory prospecting.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to provide qualified, sales-ready opportunities.
  • Stay current on treasury terminology and product updates through continuous training.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of professional work experience.
  • Proven track record in inside sales or cold calling environments.
  • Ability to handle high outbound call volumes and maintain high talk time.
  • Strong interpersonal, prospecting, and customer service skills.
  • Capability to learn and communicate complex treasury concepts.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in La Defense, France.
