What you will do

• Build custom dashboards and reports in ServiceNow to track IT KPIs and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with technical subject-matter experts to develop clear operating procedure documentation.
• Provide local IT support including hardware provisioning and troubleshooting Windows OS issues.
• Resolve Audio/Video technical issues related to conference-room AV solutions.

Requirements

• Currently in the senior year of an IT-related degree program or a recent graduate in a technical field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Understanding of the IT service lifecycle, including account provisioning, deployment, and documentation.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and reporting tools (ServiceNow preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident and a legal resident of the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Texas area.
