TL;DR

Enterprise Account Manager (SaaS): Developing long-term relationships within high-value strategic customer segments to broaden product penetration and deepen usage of the platform with an accent on expansion revenue and NRR. Focus on uncovering business objectives to unlock growth opportunities and articulating data-backed ROI assessments to C-Suite executives.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or onsite in Birmingham, AL)

What you will do

  • Manage long-term relationships within high-value strategic customer accounts to broaden product penetration.
  • Drive ARR expansion by aligning products and features with customer goals and business objectives.
  • Achieve NRR objectives by managing complex renewal contracts, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to maximize product adoption, value, and satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demonstrations both virtually and in person for senior-level stakeholders.
  • Act as an industry expert by providing meaningful insights and trends to customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales and Enterprise Account Management experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to utilization and expansion.
  • Proven ability to build multi-threaded senior-level relationships and articulate ROI to large enterprises.
  • Comfort and experience addressing C-Suite executives and operations managers.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to view customer operations in person.
  • Must be located within the United States.
