Salary: $75,000–$105,000 Annually

What you will do

• Provide and monitor production assembly and test instructions to maintain production flow.
• Evaluate, request, and implement equipment to meet production requirements.
• Ensure design integrity, producibility, and quality in production products.
• Resolve technical questions regarding design, manufacture, assembly, and test of production hardware.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Sales, and Purchasing to provide technical communications to customers and suppliers.
• Perform Material Review Board (MRB) analyses and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field of technology.
• Must have access to US Export Controlled Information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• General knowledge of Root Cause/Corrective Action, LEAN, Project Planning, and Data Acquisition.

Nice to have

• Experience with PCB, CCA, plated through-hole, multi-layer boards, flexible boards, and cable assemblies.
• General knowledge of Electronics Workmanship Standards (IPC, J-STD-001).
