Salary: $128,000-$188,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing Mechanical Engineering team, including direct reports, contractors, and partners.
• Own mechanical engineering for complex process chemistry delivery, automation, wafer tooling, and structural frames across the product lifecycle.
• Ensure designs meet performance, cost, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver programs on schedule and within budget, managing risks and changes.
• Partner with Process, Electrical, Software, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Service teams.
• Improve engineering processes, documentation, and workflows; provide technical escalation support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering + 8+ years experience or Master’s + 6+ years; 5+ years people management with direct reports.
• Experience leading or contributing to sophisticated capital equipment design, preferably semiconductor wet process.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of electro-mechanical design, FMEA, risk evaluation, RCCA, materials for aggressive environments.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
