Base Salary: $40,000+; Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+ (including residual income and monthly/quarterly bonuses).

What you will do
- Prospect new clients and set appointments with business owners via networks and referrals.
- Run in-person and phone presentations, uncover needs, demonstrate payments platform, and close deals.
- Upsell current clients on additional products and services.
- Maintain client records, call notes, and interactions in CRM systems (Atlas, Salesforce).
- Achieve production quotas, including first-time appointments and sales targets.
- Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-ones with District Manager.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older; live in area relative to San Diego, California; valid driver's license; 75% time in the field visiting client sites.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Incentive-driven sales hunter with high urgency, professional demeanor, and integrity.
- Comfortable with cold-calling and face-to-face interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have
- High school diploma/GED.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of restaurant and/or retail industry.
