Account Executive, Mid Market Resi (SaaS)

Account Executive, Mid Market Resi (SaaS): Driving consultative sales opportunities and managing a pipeline of Mid-Market customers for a live streaming technology platform with an accent on self-sourcing leads and technical objection handling. Focus on delivering customized platform demos and collaborating with internal teams to solve technical implementation issues.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) in Allen, TX or remote in AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA

Salary: $65k base + $40k variable = $105k OTE

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing Mid-Market sectors.
• Present Resi’s product and solutions to prospects to remove technical objections in the sales cycle.
• Manage a pipeline of qualified sales leads to achieve and exceed quota levels.
• Build and deliver customized platform demos to guide prospects through the buyer's journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve technical implementation issues across various environments.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in SaaS Sales, Broadcast/Production Technology, or the Church/religious non-profit space.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and experience working with CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging and professional presentations.
• Must be based in Allen, TX or one of the approved remote states (AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA).
• Required Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM Central Time.
