What you will do

• Design and maintain logical data architecture, including star schemas, cubes, and dimension tables.
• Manage the technical execution of Redshift migration and optimize query performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reusable data models and standardize KPI definitions.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by establishing testing, documentation, and governance standards.
• Automate manual data processes using pipelines and AI-powered coding assistants.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to provide actionable recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Business, Data Analytics/Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States or Portugal without sponsorship.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
• Proficiency with BI/visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex architecture in plain language.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-fluency.
