What you will do

• Own the reporting and optimization of case volume and resolution rates to decrease "Time to Resolve".
• Monitor real-time data to detect site issues and technical anomalies, acting as a bridge to hirify.globalering for rapid incident response.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track suspicious activity and fraud patterns.
• Use Tableau to build comprehensive visualizations that highlight operational risks for senior leadership.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify whether recurring issues are due to product bugs, training gaps, or seasonal trends.
• Partner with Data hirify.globalering to ensure support tool and log data are correctly ingested into Snowflake.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst focusing on Operations, Trust & Safety, or Customer Support Analytics.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for joining complex and disparate datasets.
• High proficiency in Tableau or Hex for creating actionable dashboards.
• Experience identifying anomalies or patterns associated with fraud and platform abuse.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Data Science, etc.).
• Must be based in the USA
