What you will do

• Partner with executives on planning, forecasting, investment tradeoffs, and growth opportunity identification.
• Establish and enforce key business metric definitions across Finance, Revenue, and Product teams.
• Leverage AI for automating reporting, anomaly detection, forecasting, and narrative generation.
• Build dashboards and reporting cadences for leadership, board, and investors.
• Embed analytics support in RevOps, Product, and Finance with self-serve capabilities.
• Hire and lead a team of analysts and engineers, partnering with Data Engineering on scalable platforms.

Requirements

• 8+ years in analytics/BI/data strategy, 3+ years leadership
• Deep B2B SaaS experience with ARR, NRR, CAC, pipeline metrics
• Proven strategic influence on leadership decisions with data
• AI tools for analytics acceleration (SQL generation, NL exploration, modeling)
• Hands-on with BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI) and cloud platforms (Databricks/Snowflake/BigQuery)
• Strong SQL; executive presence for board presentations

• Building/formalizing BI function from ground up
