About the Role

You will act as the analytical engine for product: define metrics, build dashboards, design and analyze experiments end to end, and deliver clear, opinionated recommendations. You will run deep-dive analyses on partner usage, activation, retention, and economics; own the product metrics framework; build self-serve analytics and tooling; partner with data engineering on data models; and proactively surface insights that guide roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of analytics experience partnering with product teams
• Expert SQL
• Working fluency with Python or R
• Experience with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake BigQuery or Redshift
• Experience with BI and visualization tools (Lightdash preferred)
• Proven ability to design and run experiments and measure adoption
• Ability to read product code and understand event schemas and instrumentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Senior autonomous operator able to scope analyses and own recommendations

Responsibilities
