TL;DR

Key Account Manager (US Continence Care): Develop and implement strategies and tactics for trade customers aligned with business objectives with an accent on relationship management, sales goals, and channel-specific marketing campaigns. Focus on building relationships with key decision makers, negotiating purchase commitments, and driving sales through team selling and promotions.

Location: WFH (US only), field-based with 30-50% travel within assigned US territory including on-site visits

Salary: $115,000–$164,000 base + Sales Incentive Plan

What you will do

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers across trade accounts, serving as the single point of contact.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific business plans, sales strategies, and channel marketing campaigns.
  • Achieve sales goals through team selling, negotiations, and management of purchase commitments.
  • Conduct in-service training, product demonstrations, and on-site visits to healthcare facilities and retail partners.
  • Analyze sales data, deliver clinical and financial proposals, and use CRM tools for reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8-12 years of related experience, preferably in medical surgical product sales to distributors, hospitals, or B2B
  • Proficiency in product and market knowledge, selling skills, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Strong communication, business acumen, and ability to travel 30-50% within US territory including overnight stays.
  • Ability to drive, lift up to 15 pounds, and operate office equipment.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to distributor customers, hospitals, home health.
  • Prior people management experience.
