What you will do

• Execute multi-channel campaigns via teleprospecting, email, and social media to engage health system leaders.
• Validate market demand and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through direct market feedback.
• Craft hyper-personalized outreach in collaboration with Account Executives and Customer Success.
• Source and vet high-quality leads using tools like ZoomInfo and Definitive Healthcare.
• Collaborate with Marketing to convert inbound interest into qualified meetings.
• Maintain data integrity and track communications using Salesforce and Outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in an Enterprise BDR/SDR role within healthcare or SaaS.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Outreach.
• Must be based in the United States to align with company benefits and operations.
• Ability to maintain high activity levels, including 50+ teleprospecting calls per day.
• Commitment to adhering to information security policies regarding ePHI and PHI.
