TL;DR
Financial Analyst (Finance/Manufacturing): Supporting financial planning, analysis, and forecasting across SG&A, COGS, and New Product Introduction (NPI) with an accent on cost discipline and margin improvement. Location: Hybrid work in office 3 days/week (Americas)

What you will do
- Manage SG&A and operating expenses, including monthly close, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
- Analyze COGS and margin drivers (material, labor, freight) to identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Provide financial support for New Product Introduction (NPI) through ROI analysis and pricing targets.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and concise presentations for leadership.
- Partner with Marketing, Engineering, and R&D teams to provide comprehensive FP&A support.
- Maintain financial models to evaluate the margin impacts of cost changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, cost accounting, or a related finance role.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling).
- Ability to communicate complex financial analysis to non-technical audiences.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid setup (3 days/week in office).
Nice to have
- Experience in a manufacturing, consumer products, or hardware environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of P&L analysis, covering revenue, COGS, and operating margin.
