What you will do
- Lead project execution for assigned client accounts, managing scope, budgets, and timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, preparing contact reports and summarizing next steps.
- Coordinate pitch presentations and RFP processes to support new business and organic growth.
- Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review process to ensure promotional compliance.
- Collaborate with project management and content experts to define milestones and identify risks.
- Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reconciliation of labor and direct costs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of combined experience in Accounts and Project Management within a pharmaceutical agency.
- Proven experience with direct client contact and professional communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 5%.
Nice to have
- Experience with the MLR process and writing SOWs and project briefs.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva or Zinc submission systems.
- Pharmaceutical drug launch experience.
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, or advertising.
