Salary: $210.8K – $235.6K

What you will do
- Identify and open opportunities within major health systems and large physician groups.
- Design and implement referral partnerships to meet patient mental health needs.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with clinical leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the business to ensure partnership success.
- Manage a territory to expand access to behavioral health providers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience within the healthcare or healthtech industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in consultative environments.
- Deep knowledge of health system organizational structures and purchasing processes.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
- Ability to travel extensively, especially to the West Coast.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience at a high-growth startup.
- 3+ years of experience in ongoing personal account management.
- Experience managing a book of business exceeding $1M.
- Preference for candidates based on the West Coast.
