What you will do

  • Manage a designated book of business throughout the entire lifecycle, from implementation to go-live and renewal.
  • Execute client benefit requests, including benefit and eligibility changes, override requests, and new implementations.
  • Lead pre- and post-implementation quality assurance and testing to ensure coding and pricing accuracy.
  • Conduct claim reviews to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies or inaccuracies.
  • Handle and resolve sponsor and member issues, collaborating cross-functionally to streamline operations.
  • Manage client relationships to drive positive NPS results and ensure account retention.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or local to NYC/Denver).
  • Bachelor's degree with a record of strong academic performance.
  • 5+ years of experience in PBM, health plans, benefits consulting, or healthcare.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Experience working with both structured and unstructured data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SQL knowledge is a bonus.
