TL;DR

Account Manager (Sales Intelligence): Managing client relationships and driving platform adoption for a commercial real estate prospecting tool with an accent on renewals, retention, and ROI demonstration. Focus on onboarding new clients, monitoring account health metrics, and identifying expansion opportunities.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Boston or New York City (in-office 3 days per week)

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year + uncapped commission & bonuses

What you will do

  • Drive client adoption, satisfaction, and retention by acting as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Onboard new clients through personalized training and setup tailored to their specific workflows.
  • Proactively monitor usage and health metrics to identify churn risks and maintain engagement.
  • Define success metrics and demonstrate ROI to secure account renewals.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by relaying feedback to product, sales, and marketing teams.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and understand complex client needs.
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team environment.
  • Skill in translating complex technical tools into simple, actionable results for users.
  • Data-savvy approach to analyzing usage patterns and developing proactive strategies.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding goals related to renewals and retention.
