TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (SaaS): Nurturing and expanding relationships with mid-market customers to drive retention and identify growth opportunities with an accent on account planning and relationship management. Focus on executing cross-sell/upsell strategies, managing contract negotiations, and ensuring successful software adoption.

Location: Hybrid in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (local office attendance required)

What you will do

  • Build and execute account plans and sales strategies to drive seamless delivery and account penetration for top accounts.
  • Manage long-term relationships as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities through internal advocacy and needs assessment.
  • Lead contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure high customer retention rates.
  • Conduct high-level product demos and develop customer roadmaps to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate customer issues and provide feedback for product improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing direct selling role, ideally within a SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience working within Microsoft and/or Salesforce environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must be based in Dubai, UAE for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
