What you will do
- Build and execute account plans and sales strategies to drive seamless delivery and account penetration for top accounts.
- Manage long-term relationships as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities through internal advocacy and needs assessment.
- Lead contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure high customer retention rates.
- Conduct high-level product demos and develop customer roadmaps to align solutions with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate customer issues and provide feedback for product improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing direct selling role, ideally within a SaaS organization.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience working within Microsoft and/or Salesforce environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must be based in Dubai, UAE for a hybrid work arrangement.

- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
