Enterprise Account Executive (San Diego): Drive net new business and expansion revenue for enterprise SaaS productivity platform with an accent on penetrating large accounts, building stakeholder consensus, and executing high-value deals. Focus on outbound prospecting, tailored demos, upsell/cross-sell strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to exceed $1M+ quotas.
Location: Must be located in San Diego and willing to be in office 3-4 days a week (hybrid model)
Compensation: $225K - $300K

What you will do
- Drive net new business by identifying, engaging, and converting high-value Enterprise prospects.
- Develop strategies to penetrate accounts, build relationships with decision makers, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Exceed pipeline and sales targets through outbound prospecting, networking, and marketing leads.
- Lead expansion in existing accounts by uncovering use cases and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos to communicate value and ROI.
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize leads and sales cycles.
- Analyze market trends to improve pipeline quality for acquisition and expansion.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years full-cycle ownership for large/complex Enterprise deals, building consensus across stakeholders
- Minimum 3+ years Enterprise SaaS sales experience with proven expansion sales track record
- Proven success achieving $1M+ annual quota
- Demonstrated ability to execute expansion sales playbook
- Process-driven with strong attention to detail
- Experience managing RFIs or RFQs
- No visa sponsorship available for this non-engineering/product role
Nice to have
- Experience selling productivity or project management SaaS solutions
- Success in high-velocity transactional sales
- Familiarity with land-and-expand model
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders in large organizations
- Exposure to customer onboarding and success processes
