What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional field marketing plans to support sales objectives and revenue growth.
  • Activate targeted ABM programs to accelerate growth within top enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, account executives, and BDR teams to align on lead flow and follow-up.
  • Plan and manage various events, including tradeshows, executive roundtables, and workshops.
  • Analyze and report on the ROI of field marketing activities using data-driven insights.
  • Manage the marketing budget for field initiatives and localize compelling content.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience.
  • Proven track record in field marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS companies strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong project and time management skills for fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic, data-driven mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills.
