What you will do
- Design and execute the enterprise demand generation strategy with full accountability for pipeline volume and quality.
- Own the end-to-end marketing-to-sales funnel, including MQL definition, lead scoring, routing logic, and handoff SLAs.
- Launch and scale demand channels including paid search, paid social, content syndication, and ABM programs.
- Hire, develop, and lead a focused demand generation team and manage external agency relationships.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure campaign messaging reflects the AI buyer journey.
- Report pipeline metrics weekly to senior leadership and run monthly pipeline reviews with Sales.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in demand generation or revenue marketing within B2B SaaS or AI technology.
- Proven track record of directly owning pipeline or revenue targets (not just lead volume).
- Experience with enterprise motion, including large deal sizes and long sales cycles.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo or HubSpot, 6sense or Demandbase, and attribution platforms.
- Experience scaling demand programs at a startup or high-growth company.
- Must be based in San Francisco, CA for full-time in-person work.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into insurance or other regulated industries.
- Background in insurtech or fintech.
- Familiarity with founder-led sales environments (YC, a16z, or similar).
