Field Account Executive (Fitness & Wellness): Acquire and onboard high-potential local fitness and wellness businesses to expand the merchant network with an accent on field prospecting, relationship building, and full-cycle sales. Focus on achieving acquisition quotas, identifying market opportunities, and maintaining disciplined pipeline tracking in a high-travel territory role.

Location: Calgary territory, 70–80% field travel required including local day trips and multi-night regional travel

Salary: CA$59,850 to CA$79,800 base + performance bonuses and incentives

What you will do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new fitness/wellness merchants in assigned Calgary territory.
  • Conduct daily field visits, attend local events, and build relationships with community insiders.
  • Manage full sales cycle using in-person, phone, email, and virtual outreach.
  • Hit monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline targets while tracking metrics in Salesforce.
  • Act as local market expert to uncover untapped opportunities aligned with demand.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years outbound field sales experience with strong inside sales skills
  • Full-cycle sales expertise focused on conversion optimization.
  • Proven quota attainment in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organization, and time management.
  • Self-motivated with proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable with 70–80% travel by car or flight

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with local fitness/wellness industry and networks.
