TL;DR

Field Account Manager (Wellness): Building strong relationships with top-tier fitness, wellness, and lifestyle partners and turning every touchpoint into an opportunity for deeper collaboration with strategic upselling and retention initiatives. Focus on in-person visits, surfacing partner pain points, and positioning ClassPass solutions that drive mutual value.

Location: Vancouver, Canada. Must be able to travel 70-80% of the time, including local day trips and extended multi-night regional travel.

Salary: $58,350 to $77,800. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of top-tier fitness, wellness and lifestyle partners through strategic upselling and retention initiatives.
  • Spend at least 70% of your time in the field, including frequent travel to other markets in your region.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits, drop-ins, and meetings to deepen relationships and drive results.
  • Proactively surface partner pain points and position ClassPass solutions that drive mutual value.
  • Build a strong local presence in your fitness and wellness community.
  • Exceed monthly upsell and engagement goals by thinking creatively and acting with urgency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales or account management experience, including field sales.
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota and performance goals.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a solutions-first approach.
  • Deep knowledge of your regional fitness and wellness market, with active professional connections.
  • Confidence navigating both cold outreach and warm relationship-building across channels.
  • Comfort using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft tools to manage pipeline and partner success.
