TL;DR

What you will do

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Conduct cold outreach via calls and emails to develop relationships with potential customers.
  • Present company solutions and customize product offerings to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients from first contact through deal closure.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives.
  • Track and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results and KPIs to the Business Development Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in sales, operations, account management, or business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Eligible to work in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits).

Nice to have

  • Interest or prior knowledge of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and clean transportation.
  • Experience in multi-channel sales, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation.
