What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for accounts with under 250 employees, focusing on speed and technical depth.
  • Engage with data engineers and platform architects to map use cases to hirify.global capabilities.
  • Serve as a technical advisor by troubleshooting schema design and ingestion patterns.
  • Convert usage signals from self-serve and product-led customers into commercial contracts.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers and internal Product/Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and contribute to technical sales playbooks.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong technical foundation (experience as a data engineer, solutions architect, or software engineer).
  • Proficiency with the modern data stack (columnar databases, Kafka, Kinesis, cloud infrastructure, and SQL).
  • Prior customer-facing experience in pre-sales, technical account management, or solutions engineering.
  • Ability to drive urgency in short sales cycles and remove technical blockers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with technical audiences.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with hirify.global, DuckDB, Druid, Pinot, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
