What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic community plans and content tactics to support production and marketing goals.
• Manage player feedback cycles to influence game experiences, player retention, and marketing messaging.
• Act as a spokesperson for Assassin's Creed and coordinate community events and exclusive play sessions.
• Collaborate with live teams to manage post-launch communications regarding patches and delivery.
• Produce internal reports on community activity, feedback, and KPIs to demonstrate program ROI.
• Partner with social media managers and transversal teams to create blogs, podcasts, and infographics.

Requirements

• Intermediate professional experience in online community management and strategic planning.
• Fluency in French.
• Experience working in the gaming industry with diverse platforms (required).
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms including Discord, X, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Proven track record of filtering player feedback for stakeholders in a demanding production environment.

Nice to have

• Experience launching a AAA title.
• Background in social media marketing.
• Skills in digital asset creation, including video, photo, and podcasts.
• Experience organizing events.
