What you will do

• Own end-to-end UA performance, including budget allocation, marginal CAC targets, and profitability.
• Define and scale channel strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, and emerging platforms.
• Drive high-velocity creative testing in partnership with marketing teams to improve performance.
• Develop measurement frameworks, including A/B testing, incrementality testing, and LTV forecasting.
• Collaborate with product, ads, data, and creative teams to influence growth decisions.
• Manage portfolio risks such as signal loss and creative fatigue to sustain growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 4–7+ years of experience in media buying, user acquisition, or performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in experimentation design, cohort analysis, and LTV forecasting.
• Ability to operate at a systems level and optimize across multiple growth levers.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and strong analytical mindset.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or BI tools.
• Experience with attribution platforms.
