What you will do

  • Support creator identification, recruitment, and management across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Assist with creator procurement, negotiations, and contracting in collaboration with agency partners.
  • Manage local social media handles, including content boosting, dark posts, and content creation.
  • Oversee TikTok Shop content, creator collaborations, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign insights using tools such as CreatorIQ and Brandwatch.
  • Collaborate with local and regional marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in full-time studies and available for a 24-month apprenticeship.
  • Academic background or experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  • English: C1/C2 proficiency required.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Workspace tools for reporting.

Nice to have

  • Previous internship or freelance experience in influencer, social media, or brand marketing.
  • Familiarity with CreatorIQ, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
  • Awareness of gaming, lifestyle, and tech creator communities.
