What you will do

• Launch and scale the French hirify.globalssador programme to build a network of SMB ambassadors.
• Host high-impact events across France, including workshops and community labs.
• Develop strategic partnerships with SMB networks, accelerators, and government programmes.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, SEO, and Content teams on localized campaigns.
• Track and communicate community impact on MAU growth, engagement, and ARR.

Requirements

• Fluent in French (native or equivalent) and confident in English.
• Experience growing and engaging SMB audiences with a track record of community-led growth.
• Proven ability to build or scale ambassador programmes and grassroots campaigns.
• Comfortable facilitating events, workshops, and flagship activations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and connect community activity to business outcomes.
• Must be based in Paris to work from the local office hub.
