What you will do

• Partner with companies to move LLM-applications from prototype to production-ready apps.
• Collaborate on a variety of AI projects including concierge search, codegen, and agentic co-pilots.
• Deliver technical demos of the full hirify.global product suite.
• Lead developer-targeted trainings and workshops on AI best practices.
• Collaborate with enterprise sales to win deals and with engineering to translate feedback into product improvements.
• Manage special projects to dogfood new internal and external products.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or customer engineering.
• Strong engineering background with a service-oriented mindset and action-bias.
• Comfortable presenting technical best practices to large teams.
• Availability for 40% travel to customer sites for deployment and onboarding.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global or experience building with LLMs.
• Previous startup experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset (aspiring founder).
