Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote from Singapore; the role requires 40% travel to customer sites for deployment, onboarding, and ongoing technical engagement.

What you will do

• Work with companies building frontier LLM applications and bring concepts into production.
• Collaborate on applications including concierge search, code generation, and agentic copilots.
• Deliver technical demonstrations across LangChain’s product suite.
• Lead developer-focused trainings and workshops on engineering best practices.
• Partner with enterprise sales to support deal execution and collaborate with engineering to turn customer feedback into product improvements.
• Lead internal and external special projects that use new products in real-world scenarios.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar technical role, such as software engineering or customer engineering.
• Engineering background with experience working directly with customers as a trusted technical partner.
• Experience as a deployed engineer or solution architect at a developer-focused company.
• Ability to present technical best practices to larger developer audiences and lead workshops.
• Action-oriented, service-minded approach and comfort working in an unstructured, fast-moving environment.
• Availability to work remotely from Singapore and travel to customer sites 40% of the time.

• Familiarity with LangChain or experience building with LLMs.
