TL;DR

Operations Coordinator- Service (Engineering): Performing administrative duties for the service operations department to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness with an accent on dispatch coordination, payroll, and reporting. Focus on maintaining install bases, managing field attendance, and optimizing service documentation workflows.

Location: Onsite in Seattle/Kirkland, WA

Salary: $28.00–$40.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Coordinate branch operations and regional dispatch, maintaining shared calendars and field attendance tracking.
  • Manage administrative tasks including Install Base maintenance and the creation of safety inspection tickets.
  • Handle manual payroll entry, DVR processing, and cost corrections.
  • Process parts requisitions, receive materials, and resolve un-received invoices with procurement.
  • Generate operational reports including Account History, Work in Progress, and TK Exact for management.
  • Oversee vehicle management and process changes via LeasePlan.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical certificate.
  • 3-6 months of experience or training in basic business administration.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Seattle/Kirkland, WA.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds occasionally.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in elevator industry administrative work.
  • Knowledge of Oracle databases.
