Program Manager (Washington, DC)

Program Manager (IT Operations): Serving as single point of accountability for contract execution with DFC, overseeing strategic planning, performance management, risk mitigation, staffing, reporting, and stakeholder communication with an accent on compliance, quality, and governance. Salary: $175,000 (midpoint)

What you will do

• Manage staffing and resource allocation
• Oversee deliverables and ensure quality
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements
• Maintain program management plan
• Chair internal governance meetings including ERB/CCB
• Represent contractor in government meetings
• Serve as primary interface with COR and CO

Requirements

• PMP certification or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience managing IT operations, infrastructure, service desk, help desk, or similar contract
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Microsoft Suite skills
• Understanding of ITIL framework
