What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for technology programs using Appian and Salesforce platforms.
• Establish governance frameworks to measure portfolio performance, ROI, and KPIs.
• Align multiple programs across technical teams, business divisions, and external partners.
• Serve as the primary liaison to C-suite executives, providing updates on strategic alignment and outcomes.
• Mentor and develop a team of Senior Program Managers and technical leads.
• Manage risks, change control, and ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with enterprise architecture.

Requirements

• US citizenship or green card holder (must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance).
• Prior FDA experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of program management experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven experience directing portfolios involving Appian and/or Salesforce platforms.
• PMP certification required.
