Site Manager / Program Manager (IT Support Services)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract operations and Government coordination with COR/KO.
• Oversee multi-functional IT areas, including Service Desk, Server Infrastructure, Endpoint Management, and AV/VTC operations.
• Ensure 100% compliance with PWS requirements, AQLs, and DoD, Army, and NETCOM policies.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution for teams of 20-40+ personnel.
• Lead escalation management and problem resolution to ensure system uptime and mission success.
• Develop and deliver performance metrics and risk assessments to Government leadership.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance (Required).
• 8–12+ years of experience managing IT operations in DoD or enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management for federal contracts.
• Experience managing multi-functional IT teams of 20–40+ personnel.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or Management and CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Proficiency with NIPRNET/SIPRNET environments and ITSM frameworks.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• ITIL Foundation or CISSP certification.
