Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 yearly

What you will do
- Direct project managers and subject matter experts to ensure all program objectives are met on schedule and within budget.
- Lead multidisciplinary programs supporting Navy clients and ensure all contract deliverables meet strict standards.
- Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with Navy acquisition and performance requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal functional teams and government stakeholders.
- Manage the full software and hardware development lifecycle using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate potential program performance risks while fostering a culture of innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, MIS, or Business.
- 15+ years of technical experience in equipment, system, and programmatic support.
- 8+ years of Program Management experience managing teams of over 100 personnel.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Navy Command, Control, Communications, Computers & Intelligence (C4I) systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies.
- Active Top Secret Clearance is mandatory.
Nice to have
- Project Management Certification: PMP, PgMP, or DAWIA Advanced/Level 2-3.
- CSWF Certification (IAM II designation) such as CISSP, CISM, CGRC, GSLC, or CASP.
- Experience utilizing DevOps tools for management, analysis, and reporting.
