What you will do

• Supervise daily operations of revenue integrity functions for hospitals and Medical Group Provider Services.
• Prevent revenue leakage through supervision of the Charge Description Master (CDM) and pre-bill edits.
• Collaborate with Payer Strategies to align charging processes with payer contracts.
• Monitor Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer websites for policy changes impacting billing and compliance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and audits, providing education and training to multi-disciplinary teams.
• Analyze data and develop KPIs to monitor departmental performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle operations or consulting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Hospital and/or Physician Practice operations.
• Strong expertise in DRG, APC, and OPPS reimbursement structures.
• Knowledge of pre-bill edits, including OCE, CCI, and DNFB.

Nice to have

• Associate degree.
• Previous supervisor or team leader experience.
• Certifications: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC/COC, CDC, or CHRI.
• Experience with CDM maintenance.
• Ability to correlate medical charts and dictations to claim charges.
