What you will do
- Monitor reimbursement performance and identify variances against contracts to drive timely resolution of payment issues.
- Direct Revenue Cycle Managers and staff across multi-site, multi-specialty academic medical centers.
- Assure the integrity and stability of revenue and billing data to support complex business decision-making.
- Establish and implement internal controls to ensure a compliant environment and adherence to billing rules.
- Interpret revenue cycle KPIs and synthesize expert inputs to implement changes for complex technical issues.
- Manage recruitment, development, and performance management within the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, including at least 7 years in general leadership.
- Authorization to work and remain in the United States without necessity for sponsorship now or in the future.
- Broad expertise in healthcare management, operations, and change management.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of large revenue cycle systems and medical record systems.
